Enhanced Safety & Social Distancing at Keystone Communities

At Keystone Communities, customer safety has always been a top priority. To promote customer wellness while our country fights the coronavirus, we have implemented new safety measures and creative solutions for home shoppers.

Showings & Tours

Each available home is sanitized regularly with special attention to doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and faucets. Visitors are asked to use hand sanitizer prior to entry and at the end of each tour.

Please stay home if you, or anyone in your home, is not feeling well.  Sales agents will provide video tours so you can see the home you’re interested in. Of course, this service is available to every customer as we all try to limit exposure and protect the most vulnerable members of society. It’s important to note that most real estate transaction documents can be completed electronically, further reducing the need to interact in person.

Walk-Throughs & Closings

Only essential parties will be permitted to attend walk-throughs and closings.  This policy limits attendees to purchasers, sellers, superintendent or closing attorney.  Agents may attend but certainly are not required to.  We ask that no children, parents, grandparents or friends attend any of these functions.  Regrettably, we will refrain from handshakes, hugs and group photos.

Warranty Issues

Non-essential warranty items inside the house will be addressed at a later date when health conditions allow.  Keystone will, of course, promptly address any items considered essential by us in a timely manner.  Please note that the policies of our sub contractors or suppliers may differ from ours and as a group we will work together to attempt to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

Keystone Communities will continue to monitor governmental and CDC guidelines, adapting our policies and practices as needed. Recommendations seem to change daily during this volatile time, but our dedication to providing our customers with the finest and widest selection of homes will not.

Each person impacted by this virus is in our thoughts and prayers at Keystone Communities. We are certainly living in unprecedented times. It’s so important for each of us to exercise patience, diligent attention to cleaning practices, and proper social distancing. If we stay apart for a time, we can celebrate together – smarter, healthier, stronger – in the future.

Keystone Communities is committed to offering well-constructed homes in a variety of floor plans at affordable prices.
