The successful completion of a new home isn’t solely focused on the house, but starts with understanding the market, knowing the land underneath and finishing with a successful sale.

Keystone Communities was founded in 2014 by Mark Taglieber and James Steele. Mark and James could see that the housing market was returning to health, there was a shortage of affordable homes and few builders to serve the local market.

Keystone Communities focuses on building homes in the $140,000 - $170,000 range in several communities in Paulding County.

Keystone, through its sister company DEW Investment Group, purchased 35 developed lots in early 2014 and began building in The Landings at Willow Springs and Butler Park.

We recently closed on a new subdivision, Belmont, and will begin construction of new homes the first part of 2016. The strength of Keystone Communities is in the combined experience and skills of its owners.
